Division Qualifications have changed for 2009!
Novice Teams are permitted MAX of 1 Semi-pro player per team, Rookie Teams are permitted MAX of 1 Novice player per team, while Young-Guns Teams are NOT allowed any Rookie players on the team.
A Young-Guns player is any player who has not played 2 or more tournaments. A Rookie player is any player who has played 2 or more tournaments, and has not placed top 3 in any Novice events.
For those who were following last year's SPS classification system, the biggest difference this year is terminology. If you were classified as an amateur player in 2008, you will be a novice player in 2009. If you were classified as a novice player in 2008, you are now classified as a rookie player.
