I thought the day went well overall. There were a few hic-ups on communication and rule clarification. There were quite a few players using non-field paint, which added to the "am I out" confusing.

However, the missions were fun, that's the comments I got from most of the players. And the weather was great for the event... except for the rain the day before for the set up crew.

Yes the rain really screwed things up, and prevented us from getting the tent up in the proper location.

Please keep the comments coming. feedback from players is the only way we can make this event bigger and better every year.

Thanks to everyone involved, the list is huge and I would never have pulled this off without your tireless efforts.

i have been playing paintball for 11 years now, and i had never played on the bush field in st laurent. man, is that thing huge!! and the castles are super cool! when i finally found a castle we controlled just before the end of the game, i walked around in it for 5 minutes, just checking things out. that's how awesome the actual field is!

there was so many players, it was really awesome. when i'd go back to respawn, and grab paint and water, there would be 20+ bakers sitting there chatting. at first, i was thinking to myself, "get back on the field! we need you!", but then i'd return to the field and find another 70+ players all shooting in one area, and it sank in as to how many players were truly at this game. that was awesome.

and the pork, mm mm mmmm.

well done sean and staff!!
