We are looking to fill 2 Full Time positions and 4 Part Time positions for the 2011 season, to assist the returning 2010 staff.
Splatters staff members are the representatives of the Splatters Paintball Park, and as such, are required to provide unparalleled customer service. Staff members are required to be outgoing, energetic, and respectful. They must also be friendly, responsible, honest, and passionate. Splatters Paintball provides an exciting workplace, and all staff are expected to provide that postive experience to the customers.

Applicants are required to:
-have a willingness to learn new skills
-MINIMUM of 16 years of age
-have a reliable mode of transportation (caring parents count!)
-enjoy customer service
-have internet access at home (all staff scheduling done online)
-complete Spring training, paintball experience is not required
Additional assets include:
-bilingual
-owning a vehicle & cell
-living within 25 minutes of New Bothwell
-business school, marketing, customer relations background or experience(full-time)
A Part Timer's responsibilities include:
-a 6-hour Saturday shift
-a 5-hour Sunday shift
-optional weekday hours
-making groups feel welcome and appreciated at Splatters
-serving customers in the shop & staging area
-going through safety briefings with players
-keeping players safe on the fields
-cleaning equipment & facilities
A Full Timer's responsibilities include:
-a Saturday shift or a Sunday shift, full day
-another 3 days weekly
-40 hours / week minimum, very flexible schedules
-making groups feel welcome and appreciated at Splatters
-serving customers in the shop & staging area
-going through safety briefings with players
-yard and park maintenance
-park mowing and trimming
Wages are based on employee's responsibility levels and experience. Part time employees start at $10/hr, with raises or bonuses as they become familiar with their responsibilities. Full time employees wages negotiable, and start out much higher than minimum! Splatters staff typically start mid April (with allowances for exam schedules) and wrap up for the season early to mid November.
