Join the Splatters Team!
We are looking to fill 2 Full Time (Senior) positions and 6 Part Time (Junior) positions for the 2010 season.
Splatters Team Members are the representatives of the Splatters Paintball Park, and as such, are required to provide unparalleled customer service. Team Members are required to be outgoing, energetic, and respectful. They must also be friendly, responsible, honest, and passionate. Splatters Paintball provides an exciting workplace, and Team Members are expected to provide that postive experience to the customers.
A Junior's responsibilities include:
-usually a 6-hour Saturday shift
-usually a 4-hour Sunday shift
-helping groups feel welcome and appreciated at Splatters
-serving customers in the shop & staging area
-refereeing players on field
-cleaning equipment
-garbage and recycling cleanup
A Senior's responsibilities include:
-a 12-hour Saturday shift
-a 9-hour Sunday shift
-another 2 - 3 days weekly, hours varying dependant on bookings
-helping groups feel welcome and appreciated at Splatters
-serving customers in the shop & staging area
-going through safety briefings with players
-refereeing players on field
-cleaning equipment
-garbage and recycling cleanup
-yard and park maintenance
-park mowing and trimming
Applicants are required to:
-have a willingness to learn new skills
-have a reliable mode of transportation (caring parents count!)
-enjoy customer service
-have a pleasant attitude
-living within 25 minutes of New Bothwell is a strong positive
-paintball experience is not required

Wages are based on employee's responsibility levels and experience. Junior employees start at $9.50/hr, with raises as they become familiar with their responsibilities.
