Join the Splatters Team!
We are looking to fill 3 Part Time (Junior) positions for the remainder of the 2010 season. Applicants MUST be 16 years of age or older.
Splatters Team Members are the representatives of the Splatters Paintball Park, and as such, are required to provide unparalleled customer service. Team Members are required to be outgoing, energetic, and respectful. They must also be friendly, responsible, honest, and passionate. Splatters Paintball provides an exciting workplace, and Team Members are expected to provide that postive experience to the customers.
Your responsibilities include:
-usually a 6-hour Saturday shift
-usually a 4-hour Sunday shift
-helping groups feel welcome and appreciated at Splatters
-refereeing players on field
-cleaning equipment
-garbage and recycling cleanup
Applicants are required to:
-have a willingness to learn new skills
-have a reliable mode of transportation (caring parents count!)
-enjoy customer service
-have a pleasant attitude
-living within 25 minutes of New Bothwell is a strong positive
-paintball experience is not required
-be at least 16 years of age

Junior employee wages are negotiable, generally starting at $9.50/hr, with raises as they become familiar with their responsibilities.
This is not a full time position, and there is not likely any full positions opening until later this fall. We are only looking to hire 10 hours per weekend. This type of position is perfect for those who have full time jobs during the week, or for those who don't want regular part time or full time employment.
